Labeled a traitor by her homeland of Snezhnaya for things she'd never done, Sera's spent much of her life on the run, hoping to escape both the horrors of her childhood, and the nightmares that follow her, both from how she grew up and the odd, strange feelings that cling to her, running far deeper than she believes they could just from her trauma. The scars that lay etched into her heart and skin are a result of her inability to run far enough, fast enough, serving as a reminder of the darkness that lingers in every corner of the world, watching, waiting... Darkness that Sera herself has been unfortunately far too close to and had more than one brush with, especially when her escape from her homeland sees her captured by a Fatui unit that had gone rogue, and brings her into the company of one of their youngest members - A man who does his best to help her despite the fact he, too, is wrapped in nightmares he can't seem to escape from. When their nightmares turn into horrors they barely escape from, it's with him that Sera finds herself staying with, letting their shared dream to change the world take them to Mondstadt, the city of freedom. Unfortunately, 'Freedom' is something easier said than found, and it isn't long before they find darkness isn't the only thing lingering in Teyvat, watching and waiting... Now adults, married, and with a family of their own and stable jobs, they're more than aware of the nightmares linging in the world they call home and do all they can to keep them away from their family - Nightmares that continue to strike up odd feelings in Sera, a deep ache now more clear than it had ever been. They've done all they can to chase their dreams and continue to fight for the world they've envisioned, but what do they do when those aches are made worse by returning nightmares? When everything they've tried to escape from comes back with a vengance, hellbent on claiming them once more? What do they do when the world and their family are on the line...?

✿Name
Seraphina Fair (Maiden Name: Mayuzuki)
✿Nicknames
Sera, Kitten (by Zack)
✿Aliases
Aria, The Snow Phoenix
✿Gender
Female
✿Height
5'3"
✿Weight
Unknown; she has no idea
✿Hometown
Although she claims it to be Mondstadt, in truth hails from a small town just outside of one of Snezhnaya's major cities
✿Date of Birth
March 29th
✿Vision
A silver Snezhnayan Cryo vision
✿Current Occupation
A Jack Of All Trades of sorts, taking on various jobs ranging from mercenary work to deliveries and everything in between alongside her husband at Fair Catch in Mondstadt

✿Eyes
Brown, nearly the color of darkened honey; when overusing her vision's abilities, there are flecks of white and incredibly pale blue within them if one looks closely enough, resembling a distant, slow snow flurry.
✿Hair
Golden blonde; usually worn loose, it falls to her waist in length, with three distinct, chin-length sections framing one side of her face, and another two on the other side with the remaining bangs sweeping to the side to be tucked back - Though she isn't above tying it back into a ponytail or braid when needed and carries a ribbon and elastic on her at nearly all times to do so. Peeking up from her hair are a pair of fluffly, silvery white snow leopard ears with jet black spots.
When using overusing her vision's abilities, her hair has faint silvery highlights that seem to lighten the blonde of her hair just a bit, easily missed unless closely looked at in direct sunlight, where they almost seem to sparkle ever so slightly, like snowflakes in the afternoon sun caught up in her hair.
✿Skin
Light peach in shade; her skin is free from most blemishes, aside from a littering of scars. However, her back is marked in the colorful and bright ink of a large, leaping koi tattoo, spanning the vast majority of her back. Done at the age of 16, its colors slowly dim over the years.
Her left ring finger is later added to with another tattoo: A pair of closed wings forming a heart with a single feather make up the band of a 'ring', colored with pink, yellow, and two shades of blue in a watercolor style. Done at 17, the colors fade quickly, but remains just as treasured as her koi.
Underneath the koi tattoo crossing her back is a small littering of pale blue marks faintly resembling scars, focused mainly around her upper back, shoulder blades, and the back of her shoulders. These marks grow in size and more raise themselves to her skin to become visible the more her uses her power, eventually covering the tattoo themselves and forming the outline of a pair of fluffy phoenix wings, and if she continues to use her power, do eventually begin to glow, albeit faintly and similarly to a glowstick in the dark. This, however, requires pushing herself a great deal and is a warning sign so having pushed herself too far, and rest will return the marks to their faint, scar-like version within a day at most of reaching that point.
✿Build
Fair and petite, it's fairly easy to tell Sera is smaller than most her age, both in height and weight. She's a bit underweight and looks about as physically strong as she actually is - That is to say, not very. Her health is rather poor and it's noticeable, though she refuses to allow it to stop her.

✿Scars, Other notable features
A large number of her scars are faint and difficult to spot unless really looking for them across her body, but Sera has several far more noticeable scars littering the fronts and tops of her shoulders. Around 18-20 in number if one really takes the time to stop and look at them, very few of them have properly healed; most of her scars are still rather ugly in appearance, resembling valleys and knotted, slightly raised mountain ranges, with several of them close enough together in multiple places to heal into a messy clump of scarring. Bothered by their existence, Sera keeps them hidden from view as much as possible, wanting to avoid the memories of what caused them while also trying to avoid questions and judgemental looks they might fetch her.
After the birth of her son, she becomes more comfortable with her scars, but never completely, and is able to show them off a bit more without worrying about them. Even despite this newfound comfort, they're still a source of bad memories and even impact her ability to move her shoulders and arms, able to cause pain she's long since grown use to, and cares not to dwell on them with anyone who doesn't have her full and complete trust.
She has a match for her ears in her tail, a fluffy, silvery white with the same spots present on her ears that, combined with them, often is a good indicator of her emotional state at any given moment.
✿Accessories
Sera wears a single, sterling silver angel wing pendant on a matching delicate chain, and refuses to ever remove it. The back of the wing has both her initials and her husband's carved into it, and is paired with a small, sky blue crystal heart on the same chain. Shortly after having her wing tattoo done, she further covers it with an engagement ring - a small, rosey pink crystal ring in the shape of a flower on band of matching color, as well as a simple golden band studded in pale blue sapphires for a wedding ring.
She carries a red and black themed omamori, given to her by her eldest brother, oftentimes tucked into her pocket, or hanging from an article of clothing, depending on her mood and how close and visible she needs it to be for her peace of mind for the day.
Her vision, a Snezhnaya-cased cryo vision, sits against her left hip, tied to the hemline of her skirt by a pale, icy blue ribbon.
✿Attire
Her primary outfit is a sleeveless pink top trimmed in a slightly darker pink, rising to a point in the middle and connected to a loose-fitting choker around the base of her neck with icy blue diamonds detailing down some from the center of the point, a brown corset around her middle, covering a slit in the bottom over her top that otherwise rises to just above her navel, and a mid-thigh length magenta skirt with blue diamond detailing down the sides. Her arms are covered by a pair of pink detached sleeves speckled in darker pink to resemble falling cherry blossom petals, tied around her biceps to keep them in place, while she further wears a pair of black knuckle gloves, and knee-high dark brown boots with blue diamond detailing trailing down from the top of them in the front.

✿Weaponry
Although Sera's stance on fighting is a poor one, bordering on hating it with a preference to talk rather than fight, she's aware there's sometimes no choice but to - and to that end, Sera carries and uses a bow as her primary weapon. Styled to resemble two frozen angel wings with the feathers facing outward, the bow is designed to bend freely as needed with 'feathers' shifting as required to help the bow's movements. Several feathers on the outer edge are lined with small blades to aid in close quarters combat; these are stationary as the bow itself bends on shifting plates, similar to plate armor in their workings. The arrows it fires are capable of being infused with or even made out of cryo, matching her vision.
✿Vision
Cryo; her vision is of Snezhnayan design and origin despite her refusal to have anything to do with her homeland.
✿AbilitiesNormal attack; Feather Flurry
Sera fires up to six consecutive arrows.
Charged Attack: Sera fires multiple arrows in quick succession at varying angles, raining 3 to 10 arrows down on her opponent. The longer the charge time, the more arrows rain down, resembling a flurry of feathers in a hailstorm.
Skill; Glacial StrikeShe forms an arrow out of ice, firing it into the air at an angle that allows it to strike the ground in front of her, growing larger until it's half her height by the time it hits the ground. The collision with the ground creates a thin wall of ice to rise up and race away from the arrow towards her opponent, causing cryo damage that knocks back her opponent should it hit its mark. Whether it hits or misses, the wall continues racing forward for 6 seconds before dissipating. Enemies affected with Hydro will be frozen on impact.Burst; Angel's Hailstorm
Sera fires a cryo-made and enhanced arrow twice the size of a normal arrow high into the sky, where it splinters and falls back down as a sharp, quick rain of a multitude of sharp ice spikes, doubled in midair via her cryo abilities to create a hailstorm of spikes within a moderate range, inflicting heavy cryo damage. Striking anything inflicted with hydro will freeze the target, with the rain of spikes lasting for 5 seconds. Using her burst will lover her HP by 15%.
Passive; Snowstorm's Heart
Sera will heal the active character for 25% of their max HP when their HP falls under 15%, while losing the same amount of HP herself. This is only available when Sera is off-field, and able to be used once every 15 minutes.

☆The Fairest CatchIn the northern part of Mondstadt, in a house on a level just below the cathedral, sits the home of Sera and Zack Fair - a house that, while of a moderately large size and enough to comfortably fit their family, also houses the couple's self-owned and self-run buisness, Fair Catch. Open to almost all jobs regardless of what they are, the two give everything that comes their way a fair chance and even fairer prices, taking on work ranging from deliveries and housework to something more akin to mercenary jobs, and everything in between. While they both have their respective specialties, like Zack's more combat-oriented and mechanical skills to Sera's peacekeeping and love of housework and errand running, their shared dream of helping others is never not on display, and they're often found running about together regardless, hoping to be of some help to one another and those of the city they call home.
However, Fair Catch also serves as a cover for their own tracking of the events occuring within Teyvat, the ability to run to other nations for deliveries and the like, as well as their respective multi-nation networks of confidants and informants allowing them a freedom unlike any other. While they still constantly look over their shoulders, waiting for the past to catch up with them each time they step outside of Mondstadt's protective city walls, there's too much at risk now to let it stop them - And for the sake of their family and all they love and care for, they're willing to do everything they can, running off deep emotions and feelings even they don't understand, yet never question. There's something going on in Teyvat, and with the feeling they can help when everything hits the metaphorical fan... They'll be ready.
☆Song of the Winter's ChillWhile Sera isn't aware of the truth of who she is or what sits deep inside her core, she does know one thing: Gaining a cryo vision, regardless of her dislike of the region attached to it, is something that was meant for her. No matter how much she dislikes fighting, taking a defensive stance rather than an offensive one whenever possible and doing her best to be a peacekeeper instead of a warrior, even she can't say she doesn't feel a deep connection to the element overall, and to the winter season itself, for reasons that are truly beyond her.
But it's also her core that influences her use of her vision, pushing its power to a height not often seen in Teyvat, albeit not much stronger than the average vision user. Unknown to her, each attack she uses and every bit of ice she creates are a nod to her true self of Aria, the Snow Fenix - an ancient elemental being from a world long since lost reborn into the current world of Teyvat, having woke once alongside her brother Aelius - Now known as Thoma - only to find that while close to their original world, Teyvat was not yet where the Fenix and 'survivors' of their world, Halcyon, were to awaken in full.
With her power tightly sealed within under a 'frozen lake' she's aware of, sealing her into a human form, Sera - Aria - walks Teyvat's lands with a continued connection to the ice and snow, finding comfort in the cryo vision this world has granted her.
☆Fix 'Em Up-Much like her elder brother before her, Sera is known to Mondstadt as a fixer - A problem-solver always open to lend a hand no matter what the problem might be. Although she's long since made 'helping others' into her actual job, being Mondstadt's fixer is something she does for free - Who wants to worry about how much mora they'll be out when they just need directions to the new bakery that just opened up, or help sorting out a spur of the moment disagreement? Things like that don't need payment, naturally!
Even though she and Thoma aren't able to reconnect until near adulthood after being split as children, Sera's own tactics as a fixer heavily echo his, from her logical reminders to her sweet and comforting smile, frequently reminding anyone who's met both of the siblings of the other each time they need one's aid. When reminded of this, however, Sera's always one to laugh it off; as far as she's concerned, being compared to Inazuma's greatest Fixxer is a compliment - Even if he IS her big brother~!

Please note that while the Fenix are still seen as old gods of Teyvat during their brief awakening around the time of the archon war, there is little information recorded about them, and what does remain, like all of the remaining Halcyon history, is either greatly mistranslated, misinterpreted, misunderstood, or simply completely lost to time and victim of a grand game of 'telephone', where it has been turned into mythos and legends and warped as it's passed from person to person until it's become a shadow of what it originally was. While some may know legends and mythos of the gods known as Fenix, as far as those from Teyvat are aware, the Fenix left Teyvat and vanished into the Dark Sea, where it's suspected they perished; theirs is a story not widely known even in its warped 'legend' state, and even those Fenix who still walk among mortals are unwilling to share the truth of their world or the road they've walked, choosing to remain in hiding. For more information on Halcyon and the Fenix, please see the main page, and the temporary Halcyon information page found here. Sera does not have access to her memories as Aria without putting herself at risk, and will not be the one to share any of this info herself.✿ Sera recieved her cryo vision while staying at the koi pond that gave her the strength to continue moving forward. Although she'd been watched over by Zack the entire time, neither saw the vision laying in the grass at the pond's edge until she'd voiced her determination to make her dream of changing the world a reality, resonating with not only her innate power and core as the Snow Fenix, but the determination and earnest dream she'd chosen then to throw her all into. Despite feeling like the vision was made for her, Sera still won't talk about it much, and absolutely dislikes the Snezhnayan casing of it, viewing it as a constant reminder of the place she fled from as well as something good to help her in her quest moving forward.✿ Sera's healing abilities, while useful, are quite minor and stem more from her core as Aria than they do her vision; however, due to the fact her power and memories as Aria are sealed, her abilities to heal have been severely weakened, leaving her only able to heal small injuries and wounds, oftentimes without Sera herself actively realizing she's doing it. While it takes a good deal of her energy to do, even more so when she's actively tapping into the ability, being close to a person for an extended period of time she actively knows is injured will kickstart the ability, using the close proximity to heal injuries on a minor to mild level, usually so slowly it's unnoticeable until one looks for the injury again and realizes not only is it gone, but the pain of it is as well. Trying to heal anything larger takes an active effort and focus, as well as her hands on the person she's healing for a better connection, and drains her until she's bedbound for about a day following - And even then, she can't fully heal anything above a slightly moderate injury, just ease the pain and jumpstart the body's own healing processes.✿ Although Sera seems like a simple, friendly jack of all trades and fixer at most, her skillset includes serving as a tactician for her husband and friends who see battle fairly regularly, and she's often out gathering information and networking both for the sake of genuinely being friendly and furthering her dream, but also to expand her own network. Spanning across most of Teyvat and formed in her travels, Sera's connections include powerful figures like her elder brother Thoma and Kamisato Ayaka and Ayato in Inazuma, Wriothesley, her brother in law and the Duke of Fontaine's Fortress of Meopide, local Winery owner Diluc Ragvindr, Calvary Captain Kaeya Alberich, the 11th Harbinger, Tartaglia, Tartaglia's wife, Kagota, and the Natlanese saurian hunter, Kinich, among countless others. While she isn't one to comment much on these bonds or her network overall, she's more than happy and thankful to have them, and is still willing to help each and every person in her network - Even after it connects with those of her loved ones and expands even further.✿ She is Thoma's primary contact in Mondstadt, and remains in constant contact with him since their reunion. Incredibly close, Thoma is the one she turns to for advice more often than not and nthe one entrusted with her secrets aside from her husband, Zack, and was the one to inspire her to really consider herself a 'fixer' in Mondstadt. Unknown to both, however, Thoma's core is that of her twin brother, Aelius - The sole reason the two act as twins despite this version of him being older than her by several years, though never fails to empower her through that bond even still.✿ The omamori Sera carries is a family heirloom from her aunt and uncle's side of the family, originally given to Thoma, then to Sera after their reunion as a 'lucky charm' of sorts. Despite the original intention of the gift, it has since become a means of keeping her grounded, something for her to hold, fiddle with, and touch whenever she needs something to help bring her back down to solid ground when her mental state slips for whatever reason, and the nightmares she tries so hard to keep out slip in and rear their heads once more. The omamori further serves as a reminder she's no longer alone and now has a family and circle of loved ones who truly care and want to see her continue to move forward, helping her to push through and stand with her head held high - A small reminder constantly kept close, a gift from a man who helped put her back on her feet and lights the world with a smile she's convinced rivals the sun itself.
